We protect company, client, employee, and research participant information throughout its lifecycle using a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Rather than managing physical network perimeters, our modern security program is designed around secure, cloud-based operations and strict endpoint management.

Key pillars of our trust program include:

• Data Protection & Encryption: We enforce documented policies to safeguard sensitive information. Information transmitted across public networks is secured using industry-standard cryptographic controls, such as HTTPS, TLS, and transport encryption provided by approved cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Access Control & Identity Management: Access to company systems and SaaS applications is strictly controlled. We enforce unique user accounts and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive environments. Administrative access to critical platforms is tightly restricted and logged for continuous monitoring.
• Vendor & Cloud Security: Because we rely on approved cloud and SaaS providers for our production environments, we evaluate our partners' network controls, firewalls, and security certifications under a rigorous vendor management policy.
• Remote Work & Endpoint Security: Our personnel are permitted to work remotely, provided they connect through trusted networks using company-managed devices equipped with active endpoint protection. We do not allow personal or unapproved devices to access restricted or confidential company or client information.
• Data Retention & Disposal: We retain business and participant information only as long as necessary to support legitimate business, legal, or contractual requirements, ensuring secure disposal once it is no longer needed.
